15ml dry vermouth
Olive brine to taste

We like Dolin Dry Vermouth or Noilly Pratt, but you might like to experiment to find the vermouth to create your perfect martini.

Fill your cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice and gently pour the vodka over the ice.

Using a long cocktail spoon, stir with care to push the ice through the liquid until sufficiently chilled.
Strain carefully into a chilled martini glass.
Add two olives to a cocktail pick or toothpick and place gently into the glass.
